The guys were great at the service center garage. I brought my car in to replace one of the headlights. I had bought my own replacement bulb and when I pulled it into the service garage one of the guys was looking at The headlight inside my car.
He then jiggled a few wires around and it clicked into place and the headlight was back on. It’s took less than five minutes and also I didn’t have to use the replacement ball but I’ve brought and now I can save money and return the bulb.
Thanks the two gentlemen in the service center garage for your help and kindness!
I love my Kia soul that I bought at classic Kia in Carrollton there.

Totally happy with my new car! Brent Ellis made the process so easy and enjoyable. I’m a first time car buyer so I was a little intimidated. He and the manager went out of their way to find me the perfect car. They located one at another dealership and arranged to have it delivered free of charge. The finance and paperwork portion was also quick and painless. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Classic Kia of Carrollton. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant and professional experience.  The entire team was truly dedicated to my satisfaction.  Traveled all the way from San Antonio because they treated me so well.  Highly recommend them to all.  Salesperson, Jarvis Lacy was fantastic as was Sales Manager James Curry and Finance Manager, Lupe Ysla.  General Manager David Lancaster has a great team.

Stuck in a room with little communication.  Bank came back with an offer that was too steep.  The pressed to add "anyone" to the app for better numbers and after giving info was told I would get a call back.  Never happened.  I called and spoke with someone who stated he was the Asst Manager of Finance and would get back to me...Never happened.  I was opened to taking the banks original offer but no one would follow up with me.  My rating reflects my experience, it's possible overall may not be so bad.

Jeremy Hollembaek was awesome!  He was very detailed and informed us of every step being made.  The whole process was fast and customer service friendly and we left there satisfied! Thanks Jeremy!
