First off, I am really upset that uHaul charged me twice. The rep at the Chevron gas station was having trouble with the payment system to the point where he called customer service himself to do the billing. I had rented it on Tuesday for 6 hours, then I needed to extend it to Saturday because there was no need to take out my stuff and put it in a storage. Long story short. I was charged $44.94 on Tuesday for 6 hours. I called the uHaul customer service to extend it until Saturday, the rep Kyle assured me that they wouldn’t charge me until Saturday when I return the truck. Charged $186.23 for extending it til Saturday, then when I returned the truck, charged $198. What the hell? $429 for what? Never AGAIN! If the $186.23 does not refund itself since it was suppose to be a “hold” and not finalized in the first place then I will file a claim with my bank. I had called the uHaul customer service about this and the lady told me “the best thing to do is contact your bank” in which I will. That is $429 for just loading my stuff in the truck, letting it sit in the parking lot for 4 days and returning it. I should’ve went to the competitor Penske for real, because the uHaul Billing department doesn’t know how to bill. Also when I went to return the truck, the manager at Chevron was rude was and no customer service skills at all. Rant over.

The guys are nice (that's why 3 stars) but THE PLACE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH UHAUL, IT'S ONE SHELF!!! Misleading big time!!!

Great place . you can pick up snacks while getting ur car inspection. Or picking up a uhall. Its a gas station so dropping of uhall gets even more convenient. Great people that provides excellent help.

Great service!! Went there to get a truck, they helped me pick the right truck and the guy was very helpful. I also got my car inspected since they also had a vehicle inspection place. I would recommend  this place!!

I just called to see what size the smallest truck there is to move a few items across town.  I was told by the young man who answered the phone the answer to my question.  I ask the cost for the rental for one day.  Then I asked if he had any.  Tthe reply was, "No, I don't."  Then I ask if he knew when he was going to have one and the reply was, "No, I don't."  End of conversation.  I didn't know what else to say since he never offered to help me in anyway so I asked if there was a manager I could speak to.  The reply was, "Yes, but he is busy right now."  Then as an after thought the young man said, "Do ya wanna hold?"  I held for a moment then hung up thinking this may not be the kind of place I want to do business with.
