Amateurs. This is not a good gym, it feels like you are working out in someone’s garage.  I think it’s great that they are a nonprofit, but the equipment is inadequate, and it’s very cramped for space.  The coach was a little unprofessional, he was pretty helpful, but there were some small things that made the workout feel pretty disorganized. Some of the basic instructions were very unclear.  It kind of feels like they don’t really want, or need more people at this gym.

I love that they're a non-profit CrossFit. Their prices are so cheap in comparison to other CrossFits, but their coaches care just as much about you and your goals. I love their small classes too; you even get to choose your favorite kind of music. Definitely a small but personalized feel. Great for regular people, especially introverts and the self conscious. You never feel judged here. ^_^

I've been attending Crossfit EMC for nearly 5 years.  The entire experience has been remarkable and rewarding.  All of my instructors have been great.  My current instructor Matt Gage is extremely knowledgeable, and always friendly and welcoming, not something that is necessarily easy to do at 6:30 a.m.  A variety of folks belong to this "box", different ages, backgrounds and physical conditions.  Each individual gets a lot of personal attention from the instructor, with a strong focus on the basic elements of Crossfit. I would recommend this Crossfit to EMC to anyone sincerely interested in improving their physical condition.  I'll be 64 in a few months, and I attribute the fact I am as strong as I was at 45 to my experience at Crossfit EMC.
