Spearhead is a good spot. Small class sizes. You get plenty of attention from the coaches. While still having plenty of room to work.

this is a great gym, the workout is always good and rewarding. I am new to CrossFit so this was a nice change for me. not only do I love this gym, but the atmosphere is better than any club i have ever belonged to. the owners care about each member and are very encouraging. I instantly felt welcomed and included in this CrossFit family. it is because of the environment and the people that i have stuck with it and have been motivated to keep going. Best gym in the world. thanks guys!

Terrible!!! I figured I'll give it a try from the good reviews. I was promised a week free trial and got charged my second day their. But it didn't bug me to much but on my third day I was told to show up at 3:30 so I left work early to do so, when I arrived the trainer their didn't know me or expected me. He didn't let me work out and pretty much embarrassed me by pointing me out I. Front of the class by telling me to go stand aside and watch. Trainer tell you to show up at a certain time and are unreliable. People their do what they want no real motivation save your money and TIME. Not worth $125. Trainer never motivates he is always talking to people and never teaches. Getting a gym membership is way better. My honest opinion.when I asked for my money back after the third day he hasn't replied to my text or calls. That says a lot about their trust.

This is the kind of the Gym if you want a real result. It's not a Health Club. The instructors are very serious about working out - and more importantly concentrate on the results toward personal goal. Everyone knows each other. People speak to one another, and even encourage one another. Sean, one of the instructors, is an extremely great guy with a real passion for what he does. 
If you are looking for a health club atmosphere with towel service, a Jacuzzi and tanning bed, CrossFit SpearHead will disappoint you.
But if you are looking for a consistent result, under friendly environment and competitive price, look no further... CrossFit SpearHead is the Place!!!

CrossFit Spearhead has a community of successful people and an environment that can't be beaten. Every day is fun, motivating and addicting. The people who come in wanting change and a motivating environment find it. I have coached here since day one and am still blown away at how great the people are that attend each class and how much thought and effort the owners put into the culture and workouts.
