Average equipment, lower-than-average service, and TERRIBLE contract terms. My husband and I signed up during the summer, and Dustin told us we could pay $10 each or $20 for one of us with guest privileges. We have actually been charged $30 each month because Dustin did not tell us the guest privileges were an extra charge. (If you use a credit or debit card, the charge goes up even more.) We went for 6 months before cancelling to avoid the $25 early fee, but now we're paying $30 for another month because of the ludicrous 30-day cancellation notice policy. It's costing us $60 to cancel because we're being charged for two future payment periods even though we want to cancel NOW. You can sign up immediately--why require written 30-days notice to cancel? It's just a grab for members' money. When we called customer service to get it sorted, the person on the phone was completely inflexible and would not work with us. I would not ever join a VASA gym in the future because of a lack of transparency. Signs say that it's $9.95 a month, but then you find out about the $50 sign-on fee and the $50 charge three months after you join to "guarantee that your monthly rate doesn't go up." That's ridiculous. Charge members one single monthly rate with no hidden fees.

I have enjoyed the ability to visit any VASA within the state as I travel often. Having access to multiple locations has made it easier to maintain my fitness program. Staff members at each location are always friendly and happy to answer any questions.  
I had both knee's replaced at the same time about 2 years ago. My trainer, Allison, in the Provo location has been absolutely awesome. She took me from a point of having a hard maintaining my balance, to being able to do 5-8 mile hikes with full backpacks. I would recommend her and VASA to any of my friends. She truly wants to see her clients succeed.

The 5 am staff wasn't the most lively, but great facility! 
All machines were current and well maintained, and it wasn't too crowded, either. People there are generally friendly and willing to help you out. I wish it had a sauna like some other locations do. Lots of parking space and food very nearby, which is also great.

Don’t go here. Go to the Provo Rec center. It’s the same price at the end of the day. Plus, it’s a better facility and much better service.

This place is a joke. It's always packed, dirty, and the equipment is worn out. Pay close attention if you sign up, there are lots of hidden fees they don't explain well. I don't recommended coming here. It's well worth paying more per month to go somewhere else.
