Love to come here to get a good work out. All the people who work here are very friendly Cameron the manager hooked it up with a membership and an awesome trainer. Jim always helps me out when I feel a little worn out overall awesome guys. The equipment here is great and if you need anything people are always willing to help. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good gym 5/5 👍🏽

Alex is the type of trainer that I was hoping to find when I walked in the first day! I was in a rut of being older, overweight, and for the most part, stiff and sore most of the time. I had no goals or plan of how to get into shape. I walked in and met the head trainer who was awesome, and he spent time with my wife and I and assigned us to Alex!!!!!! Alex is the perfect trainer!! He always keeps our appointments, is always smiling and excited when we arrive, and always makes us feel important. We love working with him because he knows his stuff...he explains each exercise to us and reviews carefully how to do it properly to protect the muscle or joint and how to get the most out of the exercise. He's never distracted while working with us and makes the very most of our time together. He is a great asset to VASA and we appreciate the help and progress we have made. We feel healthier, happier, and motivated to continue because of his great work.

It's small, over crowded, and machines that break often take weeks to get repaired. With that said, it's $19.99/$9.99 a month with an annual maintenance fee. It has everything you need for a good workout and getting in shape. The options in this area are limited, so without much comparative competition there probably won't be change anytime soon. It could be much better, but it's really not as bad as some of the other more critical reviews make it out to be. If your really interested in getting in shape, you'll overlook the small pointless improvements that could be made.

More than enough equipment for the amount of people that go, fantastic sauna, friendly employees. Only issue I would say is that the place does look a bit older and more worn than some of the bigger name gyms but it's still a great gym.

Vasa Spanish fork is good facility, fair and easy culture, and has at least one quality trainer. His name is Jordan. I am recovering from an injury and Jordan has addressed mobility and functionality on a higher level than I have seen with 5 previous trainers and physical therapists. The facility has a large variety of tools including a functional sauna and steam room. Cleanliness is my main complaint with this gym. The wet rooms are not maintained the way I would do it. The roof leaks and paint needs to be redone. I would upgrade my review to five stars if it had a pool and was maintained to a higher standard.
