I've been wanting to get into Kickboxing for years, I've been to a couple of gyms that offer classes and found myself just feeling intimidated by impatient or boring instructors/workout structures. 

I used my first free class on a Saturday. Ash, at the front desk, was nice enough to show me how to wrap my hands. The class was full of men and women of all ages, shapes, and sizes (and totally kicked my bum!) Just to be sure this gym was for me, I purchased the 10 days for $10 promotion from their website and not once was I pressured to commit. When I finally did, they had a fantastic deal for January, the membership is month to month, and they even let me pick my billing date! 

I’ve been going to the 6am class for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely LOVE it! The trainers obviously know their stuff, they’re wonderfully patient and motivational. I ADORE Coach Nicole. She’s informative and friendly, she always has a workout that will make you hurt (in a good way) but she doesn’t skimp on the stretching afterward. 

I’m SO glad I didn’t give up looking before I found UFC Sandy, unlike the other gyms I’ve been to the atmosphere is warm and welcoming to all.

What a great experience so far! First time trying boxing/ kickboxing and I LOVE it! Everybody here from the staff to the trainers to even the other classmates have been so helpful and welcoming I honestly am so glad I made the decision to get started !! :) I feel great and can already tell a difference and its only been a week and a half!  I would recommend this gym to anyone!!! 🥊🥊🥊

If you're looking forward to be fit and socialize and be best friends definetly the gym for you. If you're intrested in learning to fight I wouldn't recommend!

So I have been reading some of the reviews, especially the ones with 1 star. I went into the UFC Gym today 1/2/18 to see for myself. When I walked in I noticed how clean it was and there was only one person working out with free weights. I saw a guy eating his lunch in the front room and asked did he work here and he jumped up and said yes I do but someone should be around to help you. He went out of his way eating his lunch and grabbed a co worker for me. She came over and gave me the information and let me walk around the gym and answered questions that I had. I did ask her if she has been here for a while and she said yes, I told her you know this place has some bad reviews. She said yes they did have a change in management about a  year ago. So I asked her what was the policy about breaking the month to month contract and she said they need 30 days notice before the next payment is taken out. That made sense, then I looked at her and came to my own conclusion about expecting them to be overly nice. This is a UFC Gym not Nordstroms, she was very friendly but I can tell she also does UFC fighting and was not going to give me some stupid sales person attention. Its a gym, your going their to work out don't expect them to have balloons and candy waiting for you when you come in asking questions about joining. Tomorrow is my first day 6am, and I'm expecting them to kick my ass and not to say sorry for doing it.

By far the best gym i have ever gone to! the manager Ash was so nice and helpful while signing me up, answered all my questions and went over everything, the instructors for the class help you meet your goal and make the classes fun! and the all around atmosphere, never gonna change gyms again!
