We are focused on people's overall health and wellness. We believe that you can achieve phenomenal physical shape through CrossFit and there's something bigger out there to for us to make an impact on. We want to bring awareness to how to live mindfully through fitness, eating, and living.

Very friendly owners and knowledgeable coaches that can help both beginners and advanced alike. The members are what makes the gym great as they help create a great community like atmosphere. Oh and they are very dog friendly :)

I had a membership here for 7 months before I moved away. Such a great gym and great coaches. Small class sizes and alot of focus on their clients. You will excell in this gym!

I highly recommend Flagler Village CrossFit for anyone looking to get into CrossFit.  The best part of joining them for newbies is their Starter Program.  Casey and Mark are two of the most amazing and patient coaches.  Where most places do a quick couple hour On Ramp training, at FVCF they offer a 3 week/9 class course with personal attention to you in a small intimate group setting!  I never wanted to try CrossFit even though all my friends were doing it because I didn't want to feel like a bozo trying something that was completely out of my norm.  I've tried OTF and personal training but to me CrossFit takes working out to a whole new level!  I never thought I would be Olympic lifting but with the guidance of their Starter Program, I now can.  Well I can say I've become hooked!  After the starter program I felt so confident in myself to join the regular classes without being intimidated.  I love the workouts and the fact they limit classes sizes so they can still help and guide everyone in their growth!

Really really nice crossfit gym. Some of the most down to earth trainers I've ever met, the most flexible schedules, and SMALL classes... so it really is like having an actual personal trainer. Ive tried everything, and there really is no substitute for crossfit training when it comes to actual results, and the coaches here make it accessible as well as fun.
