I can’t say enough about Fit Factor. Paulo and Jimmy have created a really great environment for training. Fit Factor is an intimate environment (that’s well laid out and utilizes the key equipment of much larger gyms) with total focus and attention on each individual client. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and create programs for each client, based on their goals. I have been training with Jimmy for 2 months I am amazed at my progress and the results already. Jimmy switches it up at every session so the workouts never get boring. He is very motivating and constantly pushes me each week. I would highly recommend Fit Factor to anyone that wants to improve their fitness.

Fit Factor offers personalized fitness training in a comfortable environment. Jimmy and Paolo truly take you through a very customized routine that is well thought out and prepared for you to achieve your goals. They never give you the same exercises so your workouts are not boring and predictable. They really emphasize engaging your core as much as possible. Your core becomes stronger and your abdominals become more defined while working out the rest of your body. Jimmy is also a yoga instructor and has taught me poses I never thought I could do (including handstands!). It is a great companion to weight-training and will definitely change your body for the better. Forget the big, loud gyms with barely qualified "personal trainers" who will probably do you more harm than good. Fit Factor will exceed your expectations.

The Fit Factor team has been instrumental in helping me regain levels of fitness that I struggled to achieve on my own. After realizing that I was slowly getting out of shape, I began researching the benefits of one on one training. Fit Factor matched what I was looking for. Gus took the time to get to know me, understand my fitness goals and ultimately align those goals with my current abilities. He designed a program specifically for those purposes, established a baseline and over time has pushed me well beyond the levels I expected to achieve. I saw considerable improvements in my physique and after our first tranche of sessions reduced my body fat by 4% and my weight by 12 net pounds. As an athlete, I felt noticeably stronger and saw material improvements in the functionality of my existing strength. The facility is distraction free allowing me to capitalize on every minute I spend sweating. The entire staff have a lifetime of fitness expertise to draw from and have dedicated themselves to their craft. Whether you’re a fitness hobbyist or an elite athlete, the team at Fit Factor can help.
