Changed this review to a one star. Awful experience last two times.  They just 2to get me to buy a new phone.   High pressure tactics like a used car dealership.  Bad experience.

We arrived on Christmas Eve to get a phone for our daughter for Christmas. Here they were already closed.  Not only did he open the door and get us setup with her new iPhone in short order, he saved us money. Truly remarkable service and kindness!  Won't go anywhere else, ever!

I was helped out by Jason D earlier today. He sat patiently with me as we troubleshot a SIM card issue I was having. He was professional and courteous the whole time. I will definitely be returning to this location.
