Terrible experience! Went to get a new phone with my wife. The first person who took our name for the wait list was helpful but the person who was then assigned to us knew nothing. We asked her what the diferences were between the Galaxy 8 and thr Pixel 2 and she didn't know. Every question we asked about features she said I dont know, then stared at us for a decision. Needless to say we walked out. We were willing and planning to pay full price for a phone but the bad service was too frustrating to stick around.

Friendly, thorough about fees, knowledgeable and they take their time with you until you understand everything. Discussed options. Very helpful. I haven't received my first bill but hope there are no hidden fees, excessive taxes, state taxes etc.

I regret, EVERY time I have to go into this store. Always in a rush to get my name, but that's where it ends. Rude, arrogant employees... (not all..... But more than one) I avoid this store at all costs. Thankfully there are many around. My wife left there near meltdown... Went it to buy new phone and was treated like she was unimportant. Nothing like having to argue with the sales person about accessories.

My phone was not holding a charge, took hours to charge 15 percent, and then other times the charge was incorrect. Basically the only time my phone worked was when it was plugged into the charger which defeats the purpose of a cell phone, and even then it would turn off multiple times. So I brought it in and was rudely told the issue couldn't be "authenticated." So I'm lying then? I told the rep take it off the charger and it will die. She didn't do that but continued to tell me there was no problem other then my apps which could drain the battery. She ran a standard battery check and pointed out my 5 apps that weren't even running continuously. What do apps have to do with the battery holding a charge!? She then said they were 3rd party apps. Pinterest? Ah yeah, obviously. Again, irrelevant. I played the hypothetical game and asked what should I do, uninstall all my apps and hope that works? And if it does, it still doesn't solve the problem because what's the point of a smartphone that can only call and text!? Why am I paying $600 when it's a glorified paper weight? She then told me if it is the battery that I'd have to replace it myself and to go to Amazon or Best Buy. I have insurance. I pay monthly for mobile protection. This was VERIZON's problem and after going to Best Buy and finding out that the back of the phone was starting to warp due to a swollen battery I finally got tech support to replace the phone. The back of the phone doesn't come off so it doesn't have a battery that can be replaced which seems like something somebody at a Verizon Wireless store that deals with cell phones all day should know! If anyone else has this problem don't let Verizon give you the runaround. These Samsung phones have been blowing up because of swollen batteries in a case that doesn't have a back that can come off. And the person that works at this Verizon is damn lucky that I didn't listen to her moronic advice and uninstall apps while a problem that is safety related was not addressed! But, she did give me one piece of good advice...as soon as I pay off this phone I AM GOING TO AMAZON TO GET THE FIREFLY PHONE. Im sick of this rude, negligent BS from Verizon. Can you hear me now?
