I honestly couldn't have asked for a better salesman! My husband and I ended up leasing one vehicle and buying a used vehicle within a week. Ryan helped us with both sales and was honest about what he thought would be a good fit. He also wasn't pushy like most salesmen are and that is one of my biggest pet peeves. I loved how honest he was while we were test driving and looking for vehicles. I was also extremely impressed with how helpful he was with our kiddos while we were signing and test driving. It took a lot of stress off of my shoulders and I was able to relax so much more. I definitely would recommend Vern Eide to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. We had one issue during our experience, but thankfully Ryan and the Sales Manager were able to help fix the problem at hand. They were very professional and quick to help. One of the members of the detail department also did a excellent job at detailing our new lease and made sure that the vehicle was spotless! Overall I am extremely thankful for my experience at the Vern Eide Chevy, Buick, GMC dealership and I will be going back for another vehicle during a later time. I would really recommend that you at least go check out what the salesmen and detail department have to offer you!

Exceptional overall experience!! I will recommend Vern Eide Chevy Buick GMC Dealer to Everyone!!!! I bought a used vehicle but treated as if I had bought a new vehicle.

I was very pleased with Ryan. Anything that he didn't know the answer to he found out and got back to me. And when I picked up the car he was prepared to go over it with me. He was willing to go out of his way to make it a good experience. His communication was excellent too. Every email and voice-mail I left was returned. If you want a solid sales experience at this dealership, ask for Ryan Kristensen.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience with the staff at Vern Eide. They made what could have been a real negative unplanned stop in Mitchell into a very pleasant one. Our family was traveling across SD when we started to experience engine trouble. We made it to Mitchell, camped overnight at KOA and were waiting when they opened the doors on Monday morning. They were very accommodating to us as we were wanting to continue with the vacation. Our problem was diagnosed right away, parts were on hand and the schedule of the diesel mechanic was rearranged to get us on our way by the end of the day. A loaner vehicle was provided for us to experience Mitchell and true to their word, our pickup was repaired and we were on the road again at 5 pm. Shannon was great to get us started off and Craig took great care of us at the end He was also very helpful in addressing any questions and issues that came up. We would highly recommend the staff and experience at Vern Eide.

ABOVE & BEYOND On 2-17-16 our family was 4 hours into a 9 hour vacation drive when our suburban lost power at 5:15 p.m. about 30 minutes away from Mitchell South Dakota. We called Vern Eide and spoke to Tami. She was VERY helpful from the very first moment she picked up the phone. She offered to check with a technician and see if he would stay late if needed to asses our situation as they closed at 6:00 p.m. We pulled into the dealership at about 5:50p.m. and our technician, Erik was waiting for us. About 15 minutes later Erik had the sensor replaced and the suburban ready to go.... From the very first phone call to Tami and the commitment of Erik, our family was able to continue on our vacation with very little interruption. It is refreshing to see such GREAT customer service still alive today. Vern Eide is lucky to have such dedicated employees and should be proud of how they represented the dealership. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VERN EIDE IF YOU IN NEED OF SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE OR LOOKING TO BUY A NEW ONE.... -MT
