I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly everyone was here after reading all the bad reviews! I have gone to other lots and the salesmen don't ever seem to leave you alone or listen to your budget/needs. Jeff was so patient and helpful with getting me into the SUV I wanted. I had a question a few days later, even though Jeff was off that day, Gus was very friendly and was able to help. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a no-pressure, helpful car buying experience!

I stumbled across this dealership two years ago and i found a vehicle for my mother and they worked with us which is hard to get in this town. Credited Gus for being the salesman. Today we have no problems with the car she is financing with you guys. Thank you guys. WILL Come back for a car of my own!

My husband and I were in the market for a gently used SUV and I was willing to give T&L Auto Sales the opportunity to do business with us, in spite of their mostly negative reviews on Google.  I reached out to a salesperson, Troy, and requested Autocheck / Carfax details on a few vehicles that we were interested in.  It was like pulling teeth to get information from this salesperson (information which, I should point out, is available a direct link from the car listing for almost any other car dealer in the state).  

We went back and forth several times, and all I got from him was a big fat zero. Even though I was simply requesting how many owners and accidents these vehicles had, plus whether or not they had been serviced. Instead of a straight answer, I received a rather  offensive text message which read "Once we get a customer in face to face and they show interest we can open things up a little bit.... plus I haven't even been able to talk to you on the phone and we have dealers in the area that go fishing for stuff like this all the time and I just want to make sure that I'm helping a legitimate customer no offense"  Well, Troy, offense taken.  I will take my business elsewhere, thank you.

Such a rip off. All their cars are way over priced. Would never buy a car from them and their sketchy staff.
