Purchased a new truck the other day and work with John over the phone to make the deal happen, as I live on the other side of the state.  John was awesome to work with, straight forward, friendly, and responded quickly to any questions I had.  I received a great deal on my trade-in and the purchase price of the new truck.  The finance manger was also great and got me in and out.  I have purchased a lot of cars from different dealerships, and Billion Chevrolet has by far been the best experience. Went in for a recall, decided to have tires rotated and an alignment done if necessary. Manager assured us with recall fix an alignment would not be necessary, not to my surprise my truck needed an alignment. When the vehicle was picked up the truck shook really bad and pulled hard left. They claimed it was the tires, I've had this truck with the tires since new. They told my wife maybe we can get to it Friday if there's a cancellation, this was Thursday when it was aligned. Knowing damn well they would never call her I called them Friday around 4. He had of course forgotten about it and wanted us to just reschedule an appointment for Wednesday. I was going on an out of town hunting trip that day and didn't have time to wait 6 days after they screwed up a simple alignment. This was completely unacceptable, not only was a simple alignment completely botched but they wanted us to wait a week to fix it! Wednesday comes around and after 4 hours of looking over the vehicle they did some 'adjustments'. In other words they realigned the vehicle. They also didn't check tire pressure which on a rotate and balance I would expect. Over all I never have work done at the dealership due to these exact issues. First they mess up something so simple, second try to deflect poor workmanship on tires!! And third want us to casually wait and drive messed up vehicle for a week instead of immediately remedying the issue.

So disappointed that my granddaughter's big purchase was a big bust. She drove off the lot with a truck that had a shot motor.  So far she has been ignored, lied to, and treated rudely. It has been a miserable expensive mess. No Billion for this family. shortly after buying the truck she noticed a motor problem.  She took it back and was told it was fine. Kept bringing it back.  Was told yes there is a problem billion would be putting in a new crate motor.  Truck is still not right so she took it to a mechanic. No new motor and  old motor still shot. Milky oil. Calls billion and is told to take responsibility for HER purchase.  Very rude sales person even though she tried to be professional.  Truck is the world's most expensive lawn ornament. Hubby looked at truck said NO mechanic could have missed problems. Not safe for young girl to drive. He said these trade ins used to go to auction.But billion is a high volume dealer so a few people burned is probably not a big deal.  Most people will luck into an ok vehicle. Told her to check lemon and fraud laws. And we would be happy to buy her a sign for the tailgate that says billion with a lemon beside it.  I guess that's how you get rich high volume.

This is my second lease experience through your dealership.  John Markley was magnificent.  He knew exactly what I wanted, and got me just that!  We did 99% of the transaction over text and it was very convenient.  The vehicle was then delivered to my front door which is almost 400 miles away from the dealership.

I love the vehicle that I purchased 2 months ago from Billion Chevy. A couple of days after I brought the Suburban home I realized there was an electrical issue. The interior dome lights do not work by pressing the individual buttons. They do work if you use the dash light dimmer switch that turns on all of the interior lights at once. However, when you press the buttons above your head to turn on a light individually, the light does not come on and the dash lights go out. I contacted the dealership on the 6th day that I had the truck. Well within the lemon law ( 7 days ). I have talked to the salesman once out of several calls. I talked to a finance person once and neither of them will return my calls. Furthermore, I purchased a warrant for $2,000. I was told i was getting a 24,000 mile/ 2 year warranty. When I finally got the paperwork for it, It was a 12,000 mile/ 1 year. I did get the returned and my money back. It has been two months and no one will get back to me on the electrical problem. Very dissatisfied.
