Fantastic service, very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy.  I felt like I was taken care of in a timely fashion while they were look out for my best interest.

They do great work. They are pleasant and easy to work with. We live in Brandon, and trust Jerry's to do the work more than anyone in Sioux Falls.  They are definitely worth the drive.

***I wish someone else would have posted a review like this and saved us time, miles and money!!! Just go to Jerry's! ***

We had poor experiences with being low-balled on our immaculately maintained trade-in at multiple Billion's- Sioux City and Sioux Falls. Jerry's (without even knowing what Billion's offers were) came in $3,500 higher than the lowest offer from Billion. After we left Billion, they called and texted several times, coming up $200 or $300 per time. The damage was done, they had insulted us. (This was a common thread, and I think that's how they are trained! I would save your time and avoid all Billions!)
Jerry's also had the truck we wanted to trade up to, and made the whole trade-in process very comfortable and painless. They didn't mess around with haggling back and forth, just put their best offer forward. We felt much more comfortable here, less pressured. They appreciated the care we had taken in maintaining our vehicle, and offered us higher than the phone quote they had given after seeing it. --That means a lot coming from a dealership! We had respect for how they operated their establishment, as they had respect for us as vehicle owners. 
We could have had the SAME payment at Billion for a dirtier truck; needing repairs, and higher miles- and that was their best offer. For the same price at Jerry's, we were treated with much more respect. We got a cleaner truck, and the service you SHOULD get at a dealership! (Hey, if you have to make a payment- at least like the guys you're giving business to!) They also threw in their 30-day guarantee and 3 oil changes. They helped me unload all of our personal items, removed the plates and gassed up our new vehicle. The next day, I received a text asking how the new truck was treating us. How thoughtful!
Not at all the stereotypical car-sales pitch. Never once was there a comment like "I couldn't believe it, while you were test driving it, I had like 3 calls on this car!!!"- like we got at Sharp's in Watertown. 
Jerry's has always done our hail, door dings and been exceptional in their body work and customer service (always lower in price than other repair shops too!); and we were both very pleased with their sales. We will save our time next vehicle and go straight to Jerry's!

I just bought a car there on Monday. I worked with Sam Nelson and he was great. I told him what I wanted and that I was poor. He found the right car for me.
