My boyfriend and I were looking to purchase a pickup and drove all the way to Sioux Falls Ford from Ulen, MN! We were greeted by Jason and shown around the entire lot. He was the best salesman we have ever had as he was very very honest about which trucks were good and which might have problems. Could not suggest a better salesman for you when searching for your new vehicle. He was amazing!!! :) Thank you Jason, we love our new truck!

The new building is nice. However, so far I haven't been impressed with staff. We bought a vehicle from them in 2012 and the experience was great. They don't negotiate their vehicle prices, and now I'm told they won't negotiate the trade in. Pretty much they have made it their way or the highway. They call in consumer friendly, but I respectfully disagree. Also, their social media person doesn't respond to messages with questions. Ignoring a perspective client is not friendly.

I worked with Boyd at the 10th Street Ford location and he was absolutely great! A check engine light came on shortly after I purchased the vehicle and he was great about working with me and the team and Luxury Auto Mall to get the problem fixed! He was very personable and actually came into the room I was signing my papers in holding my daughter! She is almost 18 months.. so she is at the age where she only likes MOM.. just goes to show his personality even won my daughter over! Thanks again Boyd! I will be telling all my friends about the AWESOME experience I had  with you!

very helpful and professional. Everyone I talked to was more than happy to help and one employee (Nick) went out of his way to see if he could find a part for me. He added a very personal and professional touch. Thanks you guys so much!

Bought my first vehicle from SF Ford. We have lived in SF for 38 years. I knew what vehicle I wanted my wife to drive and Jason Reiser was very -very instrumental(for me), to make sure that was the vehicle my wife was going to be happy. Jason's approach, knowledge and disposition was an attribute for making a sale. They whole team of people we talked to were great. Thank you. Two thumbs up, also.
