HIGHLY recommend this place!  My girlfriend used to take her dog here and they helped through a difficult time. 

I started to bring my cat her from city vets in LIC and do not regret the decision at all!  

Very friendly and easy going staff. Very honest too!  Doctor even told me about a discount that my cat qualified for (of course she didn’t need to tell me this). 

Will definitely be coming here from now on.

I have been bringing my shih tzu to 
Veterinary Care Group for almost 2 years now. I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences.
From the technicians, assistants to the Vets, they are all amazing. I have been to other Vets in Queens  and they do not compare with VCG. 
If your looking for a caring, compassionate  and super clean environment for your pet this is the place you want to bring them.

Facilities are beautiful, clean and smell great! The staff treat each pet like their own. I appreciate the care and attention each staff member provides to each animal. Their excitement for caring for every animal is contagious and I'm grateful for Patricia who has been seeing Chico since 2014. Thank you for all the great work you do.

Very unclean facilities!!! I felt dirty just walking in. Also, didn't seem to be a real licensed veterinarian all three times I went in, it was the same vet assistant. He applied Frontline (5 lbs and up) to my 3 pound puppy. I would never recommend this place. Dirty and they don't know what they're talking about--- go elsewhere if possible. You can tell when you walk in.

Extremely happy with the care and service provided by the doctors and staff.  Special shout out to Dr. Tsang and Meredith who have gone over and beyond for my peckingnese, Honey.  She is a difficult patient but regardless of her temperament the staff at Veterinary Care Group have been more than patient and caring towards her.  Long story short, my dog was hit by a FedEx truck as well as having horrible infections that can only be treated through IV antibiotics.  While Honey was going through treatment at LIVS for her issues Dr. Tsang was extremely helpful and consistent with following up with her.  Also I tend to be a bit neurotic whenever I see the slightest issue and Veterinary care group has been able to accomodate us into their schedule whenever I needed which I have greatly appreciated.  Overall I enjoy bringing Honey there and recommend Veterinary Care Group to anyone looking for a new vet for their animal. :)
