It was our first visit to Whitestone Veterinary Care, as a mom to our furry child, I felt very calm, and most importantly she felt calm. I had asked my friends for recommendations to their veterinarians, but always got the same response, "not very happy with how they treat our pets there". Just as much as I love my doggie and take care of her with love, that's exactly how I want a doctor and their staff to give the same to my baby. I felt at ease just with the way the secretary answered my call and my concern, I knew I had picked the right veterinary for my baby 🐶. As soon as we took her in, The staff and Vet received her like family, my baby a little nervous at first was able to relax and let them take care of her. 
I highly recommend this veterinary for everyone.

We adopted our twin kitties Caesar and Alexander from Dr Wyler over 14-yrs ago, and there can be no turning back now. It's not simply about the extraordinary care they give the kitties; it's like every return is like visiting old friends. What could be better?

Yes the staff is outstanding. But another great factor is how creative cheap solutions are discussed by the whole staff. My elderly dog was throwing up. Instead of expensive tests first, we tried raising her feeding bowl. Before buying an expensive bowl set Dr. Yu suggested tryn her regular bowl on a stack of books. wow. It worked. no unneccesary tests or painful exams. That's caring about my precious furry baby girl instead of the almighty dollar. The bottom line was caring.

I cannot begin to describe how amazing this vet is! We recently moved to Whitestone and needed a new vet. I have used other vets on Long island which cannot even remotely compare to Whitestone Veterinary Care in their compassion, dedication and expertise. Dr. Yu and Dr. Wyler took their time with my cat as if she were the only animal there.  They explained everything during the exam, the options and costs of each. All of the staff, including the receptionists and assistants showed  equal amounts of concern for my cat. They even called to follow up to see how she was feeling! Unfortunately, my cat was very old and sick and passed away. Not only did they provide amazing and compassionate care for my cat,  but they showed such care and concern for me and my grief. In fact, today, I received a condolence card with a message from everyone on the staff. I will be forever indebted to them and would recommended them to any pet owner who wants the best care for their pet.

I am extremely satisfied with Whitestone Veterinary. I have been with them for 6 years & have two dogs in their care. They are very thorough & caring. After I bring my dogs in for a shot or illness they always call the next day to ask how the dogs are. I highly recommend them & have recommended them.
