The person who answers the phone named Aaron is incredibly lazy and lackadaisical in his approach to handling customers by phone. He will tell you ANYTHING to get you off the phone. He answers the phone as if he’s at home and you’re bothering him, rushing you along the way. Always call back and get a person on the phone who tells you exactly what you need to know so you can handle your business in an effective way because not everyone there is like Aaron. I have interacted with this person at least three times. Twice I called back to talk to another person (Jason or Jack) who was thorough, patient, and happily answered my questions properly and completely. Someone needs to talk to Aaron or Aaron needs to find something else to do because his customer service skills are lacking. (Otherwise it was always a pleasure working with staff at VSM and using their services. Aaron aside, 5 stars.)

The Team at VSM Real Estate is great to work with. The individuals on the management team are helpful and responsive every time I have worked with them. Would recommend to anyone looking for property management services.

I recently started renting again after 10 years of being a home owner. I rented a townhouse through VSM, and I must say, this was the best renting experience I have ever had. I am also a member of the military and was forced to end my lease early for a deployment. Not only with that, but with everything I needed assistance with, everyone at VSM was top shelf. Every person I dealt with, from viewing to moving out, was professional, congenial, and made sure my concerns were addressed. This company is wonderful and I hope I can use their services again when I return. I have no cons, truly outstanding. Thank you Nicole, Aaron, Arielle and everyone at VSM!

VSM newly acquired the house that we have just started renting and have done a spectacular job making sure it is a functional and comfortable home for us, from helping us in utilities setup to providing new and working appliances. The online portal is a breeze and makes work orders and payments so convenient. Nicole Murray has been the most helpful agent, from getting us through the application process to linking us up with the correct people and departments to make adjustments with the house. She has been very responsive, instructive, and seems to really care about our living experience. 100% would recommend to someone looking to find a home.

They are really great at communicating and working through issues. I have had a great experience with Nicole and am glad to work with her!

They do have pretty intense pet stipulations in the lease, but on the flip side, it does mean the property was in great condition. Maintenance is fast, and paying rent and submitting requests is pretty easy.
