My husband was at Roper ICU for a couple of weeks and was referred to go here at Vibra. I looked at the reviews and was very anxious and not happy. Representatives came out and answered my questions, I toured the hospital and spoke to others, but was still apprehensive. But I can honestly say by first hand experience because I was there with my husband day and night and dealt with nurses and techs and I can honestly say he had excellent care. Names such as Kelley, Warrick, Colleen, Shondra, Don, Ambassador Dave, And many others come to our minds, too many to type here, in regards to the amazing care he got. I would recommend for everyone to give Vibra a chance.

If I could give this place a zero I would. My fathers room was hot. Not to mention the doctor convinced my mother that we should let him die since he did not to live any more. The problem with this was my father was depressed and they made sure of it he stayed that way. Do not take your parent there. They may not come home.

My father was there. Rooms aren't climate controlled but done centrally from a plant. It was sweltering in my father's room. He was drenched in sweat. After repeated attempts it was never addressed. The level of care he got here for rehab compared to his stay at east cooper medical was not good.

Some nurses are very nice and some are disgustingly mean the physical therapy staff is wonderful overall you have to ask questions about what's gone on with you it's not like they offer the information

Absolutely terrible!! Sent up to the room and "oh I'm sorry the room isn't ready afterall" they walk away didnt look back or offer a chair to sit in as they walk away and look for someone to get the room ready. I guess they are low on pillows bc it took 25 mins to get one very flat pillow!! Then once the vitals are taken your abandoned for over 1 1/2!! You call to find out what is going on with the room bc it's warm....they said "oh yeah the air conditioner doesn't work but we have a call out to get it fixed". The patients rooms DO NOT have phones so unless you have a cell your family can't contact you. It took over 4 hours to get a feeding tube hooked up! So far the management has apologized but the staff doesn't seem surprised that my loved one was in so much pain he was crying his eyes out. All they kept saying is it wasn't their fault and they were waiting on "paperwork" why is there always an excuse for everything? It took acting like an ugly person and raising my voice to speak to the CEO. And after two seperate melt downs about these people taking care of my loved one we finally saw some action. I will be having him transferred ASAP!!!! no one deserves to be just dumped and abandoned in a room for over 1 1/2 when being admitted to a new hospital. Never again!!
