I called this clinic and asked simple pricing questions for exam, and 2 simple blood tests, and the technician who called Me back, refused to quote prices, unless I brought the cat in and paid the full exam price. She also said I would have to pay her the full exam price by credit or debit to get blood test prices quoted over the phone. When I asked for a phone call back from the owner, I was told she was not in, and that Dr. Brock, who was in, was with patients, and I said that was okay, they could call me at their convenience, and again she continued to tell me I would need tp pay the exam fee by phone fist, before I would get a call back from a vet. Am I the only one that sees a problem here?! I will delete or update this review if and when I receive a call back as requested. Without paying an exam fee. I will only pay an exam fee when I have my pets examined, thank you very much! Cheers!

Unbelievably perfect experience after experience here. The Front staff are wonderful and have gone well out of their way on multiple occasions for us (who are not long time customers)! The Vets are just as amazing and focus on making your animals feel safe. I could not recommend this practice more unless the paid me to come in.

Love Dr. Gilbert and Dr Brock! They take great care of my dog, and he LOVES going!

I've been bringing my cats here for the last 3 years, and they have been very kind and knowledgeable every time we go.
