Poor management: I asked for a price breakdown on a visit and was lectured by the owner how expensive the machines are to maintain rather than answer my question. Also, older staff does not know how to use the credit card machines and the check out process takes much longer than needed. I encouraged the owner to have the high school staff teach the older staff but that was not well received. Quality: clothes often had oil stains burned into them and buttons frequently were melted or burnt off. Switched to Medlin Davis cleaners and it is amazing what a difference in quality output as well as friendly staff. I was amazed in the difference.

Shirley went out of her way to take care of my order, she was so fast and remembers who I am and the clothes I come for when I come back! The company did such a great job, our clothes were so nice . I love they way you can just drive up when you are in a rush and she will come take your clothes and sort everything . My clothes always come back like new! Thank you Village Cleaners your the BEST! I shall tell everyone about your wonderful service and reasonalbe prices too. I also apprecaite your specials and discounts it helps in these finacially crunch times too.

Apparently they have all the business they need. I called to ask about garment steaming and when they finally did pickup the phone on my second attempt, the person who answered the call was impolite and had little customer service skills or common courtesy.

The one bright spot is the Lady working the front desk! Now I took a suit jacket and dress that had red wine stained on the front. I was told that it should not be a problem getting the stains out and I paid upfront to have them removed. Two days later I go to pick up the items and find they look the EXACT same as when I dropped them off??? The owner (female) told me that I should have got the items here quicker? What, the stain happened Saturday and I dropped them off Monday morning. So the owner tells me they will redo and there will be no charge. So I go to pick up 4 days later and the items are still not done!!! The lady at the front desk puts me on the phone with the owner and he is telling me that because he had to work so hard, he is going to charge me more!!! WHAT... So let's just say I didn't have any good words to say to him, but I told him not to touch them again and I will go to a reputable cleaners!!! With all the great cleaners around the area, do not go here. These owners want to do one thing, SCAM money out of you. Great customer service Village Cleaners...
