Very unprofessional, hour long lunch breaks, but cant bother to show a place for more than 10 min. dont waste your time.

Do not rent property from this place.  At first, everything is seemingly fine because they're assisting you with the paper work to get settled into their rental properties.  My roommate and I did a thorough inspection of the place upon move-in and there were so many things that were unacceptable.  

These people had more than 2 weeks to get this place up to par, but the screen door was ripped, the stove and oven did not work, the garage key didn't work, shower heads were flimsy and needed re-caulking, ceiling fan needed to be tightened since the wires were sticking out... The only thing fixed was the screen door.  The stove was never fixed during my time in that grotesque apartment!  Luckily, only one burner on the stove worked, and how sad is that that I am lucky for one burner to be functional. 

It also took them nearly 2 months to fix the shared dryer on the compound.  That is when I finally had it, and tried to give them a chance to make things right.  I made sure to save all of my e-mails with them about all the things needed to be fixed, and move-in conditions documents and take pictures of everything!  I sent all of this stuff to an attorney to draft up a lease break letter to get out of there with my full deposit back, and sure enough... No questions asked on their part because they knew they messed up, big time. 

Please, save yourself the trouble and do not rent from them!
