Dr. Roper and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and the atmosphere is always upbeat. Also, they are proactive in trying to save your time. Recently I had a temporary crown fail and I was out of town. They squeezed me in the first day I was home and noted that the permanent crown would be in at the end of the week. Without me asking, they called and had the crown expedited so that I did not have to make two visits. I’ve been a patient for years and highly recommend them!

Over the past four years!  

I always have a great experience at Virginia Family Dentistry in Mechanicsville, VA.  

I can be myself, and they can be themselves. Dr. Mark Bond is very considerate and understands the sensitivity of his patients. He also gives his staff room to work and learn. I have never heard him be critical about anything.  Dr. Bond cares about the procedures he performs on patients and always does a high quality job, leaving you always feeling numb.  :-) 

On top of all that, you can joke with them and they joke with you.  Very laid back - if you know what I mean.   :-)   

Anyway, if you haven't selected a dentist yet, I recommend Dr. Bond.

Kudos to Halifax Community College Dental Hygiene Program for teaching Kendall Kidd to be the best, most informative hygienist that I have ever had. Kendall is extremely competent and shared more knowledge about dental hygiene than I have heard in 40 years. Of course, Dr. Flanagan is pretty awesome, too.

First visit, very pleased! I came in today as a new patient walk in/urgent visit. I was taken back in less than 10 minutes, able to see the dentist in less than 20 minutes, very pleased with front staff customer service as well.

Very informative and friendly staff. Had an extraction procedure and they did everything possible to ensure a painless and comfortable process.
