Love this dental practice!  I had to have a tooth pulled and was dreading it.  I usually freak at the shots in the roof of my mouth to numb.  Dr. Nash and Paris assured me they would make the process as pain free as possible.  Believe it or not, it did not hurt at all!!  Dr. Nash was very gentle in pulling the tooth and I felt nothing.  My whole experience from start to finish was amazing and pain free.  Their stellar technical skills and terrific people skills make this group top notch!  Highly recommend them, especially Dr. Nash.

First off, let me start by saying that my entire experience was awesome from start to finish! I called on Tuesday stating that my tooth was in pain and that I needed a cavity filled. The receptionist was so polite and was able to squeeze me in that same day. When I got there all of the ladies at the front were all very welcoming, friendly and polite. Tonya, the dental assistant came out and got me from the lobby within seconds of me checking in. She was friendly, personable also very welcoming! Dr. Johansen came in, introduced himself and let me know he was going to take care of everything and THAT he did! Tonya explained the entire process to me as it was happening and they asked every couple of minutes of everything was OK and making sure that I was in no pain. It was quick and completely painless! All of the staff that I came in contact with were all so nice.  Even calling in today and speaking with Pam in the front to get the dentist and the dental assistant’s name was a nice experience, she was chipper when she answered the phone and very polite in speaking with her. Good customer service is very hard to come by these days, politeness in general is not very common so this dental practice deserves five stars for sure, all the way around!  I will definitely be coming back to this location from now on!

The appointment was great, the dentist was really good with me and so was the hygenist. However, the office staff was short with me and not at all compassionate. She was very matter of fact, not pleasant to work with.  I am going to have major work done and the cost will be  way too expensive. I have had work done at this office for almost 20 years and really do not want to switch. However, even though I love the dentist and the cleaning here I am going to have to look elsewhere to have this work completed because of the cost.

Wonderful place! The staff is SO nice and friendly. The dental hygienist Sherese B is absolutely awesome. I was soo nervous and she made the apt so easy! Myself and my family will definitely be coming here from now on! :)

Gentle teeth cleaning -what a concept!  This dentistry practice does it right:  Friendly staff, very gentle and efficient dentists (Dr. Wong is great!) and wonderful techs (Thank you Tallie, I want you to clean my teeth forever!). I feel like they partner with me to keep my teeth healthy - no talking down or demands, simply presenting the facts and allowing me to choose my options.  I'm very happy with them!
