I had the opportunity to visit this location on South Cobb Dr. back in December where I drove my F-150 in for a oil change. I was immediately greeted by a member of the lane and service department "Chip". Chip introduced himself to me and asked "What can we do for you today?", I stated to Chip I needed a oil change and he wrote me up a service ticket and asked me if I wanted to wait in the waiting area while my truck is being serviced, I agreed to wait. I  observed the service lane was extremely clean, the color of light blue and a friendly guy that was moping the area announcing "wet floor" . I interacted with  this member where this nice guy wished me a great day, he should be President cos he didn't have to say that instead he has this sense of humor and gratitude for having a good job and making a difference as if I knew him, that was cool! I didn't get this black guy name. If you have a Ford and you need service go see Chip in the service lane because Chip will get you in and out and you'll probably see the nice guy keeping this area spotless! Also I spoke with Carol where she answers the phone. There's no one better than Carol answering the phone and talking with you at the same time, it's amazing to me how she does that so well. I called Jerald Sparkman at the last minute because I totally forgot to call him in advance to make an appointment.  Even with the last minute service request, Jerald was so understanding, kind and assured me that he would take good care of my vehicle.  I was so pleased with his attitude and effort that I brought my second vehicle to him for service in the same week!  My Mustang was serviced on Monday and my Explorer was serviced on Wednesday.  I couldn't be happier with Jerald as my service adviser.  He let's me know additional service items to take care of without being pushy and he is extremely pleasant to work with.  I don't dread taking my vehicles to be serviced like I use to in the past.  I feel like Jerald looks out for my best interest and that's extremely important to me as a female that has absolutely no clue about automobiles.

Customer service = dumpster fire. Have tried to get my truck repaired here three times. Two out of those three, simply no one would answer my phone calls or messages after three or four times trying to call to set up an appointment. The one time I did get my truck repaired here, I only went because it was free under the warranty. And that time it took seven full days to get the truck back, with the same communication problem. I had to go there in person and wait at one of the service desks just to get someone to talk to me.

On the bright side, the Service Dept receptionist (Brooke) and one of the managers? (Jason?) were been friendly and helpful when I spoke with them. They are the reason they get two stars instead of one. 

My advice (and what I have done myself), avoid this disaster of a business and take your car one minute down the street to Cooper Lake Chevron where Jimmy will hook you up right.

I will never be unimpressed with Wade Ford. I bought my car there last summer and the customer service is top-notch. Every one I met was courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. I also just went last week for an oil change and chose to wait in their cafe. The ladies working in the cafe were so sweet! As a whole, they made the car buying experience a breeze, and the maintenance crew was so efficient and professional.

I had to bring the Ford I purchased here back for a recall and check engine code. The check engine light is back on so I will need to come back in for the repair. 

On the week of May 1st I had to bring my car back to check a code for my a Check Engine light. Wade Ford had to make repairs, but when I picked up the car, the Check Engine light was still on. I have to return to the shop.
