This place is a joke as far as customer service  goes. Went in to purchase a new Altima and asked them to run the numbers with me alone and then with adding my husband on. My credit is great and they tried to tell us that the payment would be higher with me alone. 
Went to another Nissan Dealership and purchased a brand new Altima (Midnight Edition) with both of us on the loan with 0% interest rate, roughly $100 cheaper per month than Nalley and $1000 more on our trade in.

So sad this new location has no idea what customer service is.  Had an appointment at 1:00pm.  At 1:40 someone finally got to me.
I left with no service done.  Can not give them money .  They need to do much better, especially now that it takes you an hour or more to get there, 2 hours home.  Definitely not worth it.  It's too bad.
