My son needed a car to get around in for work and school due to his other car being totaled. After visiting many used car dealer throughout the Atlanta Area, I'm so glad we found Jim Ellis Chevy Used Cars on Peachtree Blvd in Atlanta.  The sales rep Stacy was awesome to work with and did not pressure us or try to get us to do anything we didn't feel comfortable with.  We got the clear impression in working with him that he was actually trying to help us get the car that we wanted and not just trying to make a sale.  His manager, Michael was also very helpful to us.  They allowed us to take the car to our mechanic for an inspection and when an issue was discovered that was a concern to us, they did everything they could to make it right.   We got a great deal on a car my son loves and we will definitely be going back to see Stacy and Mike when we are in the market for another vehicle.  Check them out - I don't think you'll be disappointed!

i would stay away at all cost from jim ellis, they had a car listed for around 34k when i asked how much ot would be they told me 51,999. not to mention the horror stories from the time I bought a car from them and all the times that it broke down.

Worst experience that I have ever had. I was trying to test drive a corvette. And the dealer called Shawn suddenly said he doesn’t wanna deal with me saying I was not respectful to him while I said anything. And he said he gonna get cops to arrest me. lol and everyone in the store wasn’t like giving any attention to what is going on.

My experience was great with the product specialist manager Seymour Content.  My husband and I came in to look at a Yukon Denali and he assisted us immediately. During the test drive, he was not pushy, but informative.  We received top notch service.  I purchased and would highly recommend this dealership. Superb service!

One the worst Chevy dealers I've ever been too. First time was for a recall and an oil change. They said I needed an air filter and cabin filter. I said no since I had less then 30,000 miles on my vehicle. I left then checked my air filter to see what it looked like I was clean but was now missing a bolt from the cover and had some random ones in it. They said they didn't do that. When the only I had my crevice before that I was able to watch them. The this time I called ahead for an oil change. They said come on in where have plenty of room to take care of you. So I show up 15 min later. And they kept giving me the run around between buildings and were all booked up.
