Just left this location and it was a horrible experience. I don't have very high expectations for Waffle House but I didn't expect to not be able to have a conversation because of the absurdly loud rap music blasting from the waitress's speaker. That, coupled with all of the waitstaff grinding on one another and acting as though they were in a night club, made my experience horrible. Warning: do not go to this location after 9pm.

The cooks were great, the food was good and the other waitresses seemed nice. The waitress we had was not personable, never checked on us, never offered refills, and just put the check on the table. She seemed chatty with the folks behind us but she did nothing for us. This created a poor experience from a customer service perspective and wish I had a server that was friendly to all customers.

first time at this location and my last! coffee tasted like it had grease in it and the staff basically ignored us for 10 minutes. got up and left. didn’t even wait for food.
