Been in that store tonight. I clipped the coupons from their own Walgreens website but they said it's not working on their register. Products are not placed accordingly to the sale tags mentioned on the shelves. People working on the register are clueless about their own store promotions. Store manager Michael was called in to help. He was zero help with no customer service. Very disappointed with today's trip.

Core staff is great--extremely helpful. All staff are polite and friendly. Pharmacy staff has been very professional and helpful.

After getting my wisdom teeth extracted I was in serious pain due to the Novocain started to wear off. I went to the location on Greenwood and Ballard and let me tell you that it was a terrible experience. They told me it would take about 15 min to prep my meds where it took around 40 to 45, by that time blood started to poor out of my mouth all over my clothes and floor. I believe Danielle was working with me, didn't smile one time and wasn't very helpful. Overall it's just an awful location and experience.
