Ordered 2 coats in winter that are not in stock.  These are the most popular and were told ship in 2  to 3 days .  Do not believe that then call Store to no help and made to believe that I should check email better.  I will never buy here again thus has been a pain and you should never tell people 2-3 days and it’s going on a week with no email.  Just got off the phone with manager and she is doing her best to make it right.  Change stars from 1 -4.

Getting here from the suburbs and parking was a breeze. There are 2 local locations, both in Chicago and I was tired of spending money to return ill-fitting items ordered online. Fair amount of stock on hand; however, some items we were seeking were not available anywhere. An employee even called other stores that showed one of the items we wanted in inventory, but he was advised that information was wrong and they were out. Well-made, lasting products in general (that do not always fit all) and excellent staff at this location. Clearly one must act quickly if wanting a particular item before it's gone.

A little small and didn't love the layout (would assume all jackets or hoodies would be in one section but I think it was separated more by type of layer/activity). Great company and glad to have a store available in the city though. One of the cashiers said they have seasonal product sales just after seasons end (Feb for winter stuff, likely fall for summer) so if you think their stuff is too pricey keep an eye out for those promotions.

Friendly and helpful staff. Not cheap, but if you need lightweight, high-quality gear this is a good place to look.

Nice store: friendly and helpful employees, overall tidy and neat. An employee named PJ, specifically, stood out — after asking him if there were any promotions/discounts for the coat I was purchasing, he though of every and any that could apply to me, and found one (for students, which I didn’t even know about). He genuinely cared about helping me and in return I left the store very pleased.
