Juan made me feel like his only customer, calling me to confirm and greeting me with a friendly smile. The pricing was a lot lower than Fedex and there was no line. The USPS isn’t even open past 5 — will definitely return.

I've been a very satisfied customer of this local store, shipping packages and letters domestically and overseas. Helpful and efficient staff.

I have been going to this store for years and live down the street and have always had a pleasant experience until today. I brought a chair in to be packaged and was told that they would charge me the same they did last time which was $50.

I went in to pick it up and the gentleman told me it was $65. I told him that the lady before said it would be the same price. He responded with, "It's $65 and I'm not budging!". I handed him my credit card and said charge what you feel is right, what your store originally told me or the $65...he then proceeded to charge me $65. Wrong choice.  I hope people reading this don't go to this store for business and that $15 will be of much greater loss.

Like most UPS drop off and pick up locations in the city you have drop off and pick up options. There is also mail boxes at this location. Small place but easy to get in and out. The sell packing supplies too but be careful of he prices. Friendly easy in and out location.

they let you use the tape to apply the label on the box and then charge you $1.00.  would be nice if they mention the charge when i asked if i can use the tape.
