I dropped off my script last night and was told it'll be ready in 1 hr. I went back the next day to pick it up in the drive thru to be told by OLIVIA that it wasn't covered under my ins, she then went on to tell me the total cost was $11.99 self pay. I told Olivia ok no problem, she then went on to say "it isn't ready and I'll have to get it ready." I asked if I dropped it off last night, why wouldn't it be ready? Olivia said, well because we didn't know how you would pay so we didn't get it ready. I asked, so you're telling me you couldn't pick up the phone and call me to tell me an $11.99 script wasn't covered and it'll be self pay? Olivia response was "Oh well we don't do that here!" I left and called to speak with a supervisor. Mrs. Birdie took care of everything and was very surprised at the non customer service Olivia shown. I went back and hour later to pick up my script and to my surprise Olivia was at the front counter (I went inside this time) and it took 45mins for her to even greet me because she continued to argue with a costumer regarding her mother's birthday instead of saying I'm sorry I lost your script!! While violating a HUGE HIPAA no no!! Long story short LOL, THANK YOU BIRDIE for your help but I think I'll transfer my scripts

This is the worst Walgreens location in the entire Texas area.  My doctor called in the prescription and they claim that he didn't because they didn't have time to check their voicemail and then they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up on me and I call back and they do they something again. I went to the pharmacy and they make me wait 30 min to talk to the pharmacist and then tell me to come back in and hour and I return and they claim the meds aren't ready so come back in another hour.

Horrible service. One minute they say your medication is ready for pick up next they say it's at another location.I SPENT OVER 40 minutes trying to locate my medicine . Absolutely BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The ONLY redeeming quality of the place is the extended hours
