I love the small details like the fact that you can take home a Frisbee that comes with your kids order. Appetizers and main course was great not to mention the signature drinks. The service was Awesome not everyone is happy to attend a family late night. Love the little arcade games. My double bacon cheeseburger was huge... I don't know what else to say everything was great. Vegetarian options: They have a veggie Burger Kid-friendliness: Kids menu was great options. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.
Tried the Grilled Shrimp Wrap... NOT a fan. The wrap was literally grilled and saturated in oil. Never had a "wrap" like this and won't again. However my husband did enjoy his burger and the onion rings were tasty.
I traveled 3 hours off my road trip to eat at this place, and the food was great. My waitress was fantastic, and the bartender was pretty fast with the drinks. The only problem I had was that the hostess seemed to be giving my waitress a hard time and kept overwhelming her by seating everyone who came in her section. There were clear seats and open tables in another waitresses section, but just because the other waitress wanted to leave early, they teamed up and kept overwhelming my waitress. You could hear the waitress in the background complaining and grieping about working there and wanting to leave early. This caused the service my waitress was trying to provide to all her tables to slow down. For this reason i dont know if i would want to eat here again it seemed really unprofessional. The main fault falls on the manager or whoever was in charge of this shift for not making them balance out the tables. Wheelchair accessibility: There was plenty of room to fit a wheelchair in and out, and the restrooms had plenty of room as well.
The service was great. Good prices. No line to get seated. The Alfredo was perfect. I added the chicken and shrimp. The fried jumbo shrimp lacked flavor. But everything else was great!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO Customer Engagement. Walk-On’s..it is better to Walk Out and we did. This restaurant needs better management. As a former restaurant owner, we will never be back because the treatment was unacceptable. No one greeted us, and when we asked the 16 year old hostess how long the wait would be she said she did not know. I asked if someone else, or a manager could tell us. With attitude, she went and grabbed the manager. A young girl chewing gum, who also looked 16, walked up and said she did not know either and they do not give wait times on the weekend. Good to know. With all the choices of restaurants one would think customers would be treated better. How you take care of customers determines your bottom line and future. We recommend to Steer clear!
Love this place. But on this occasion, it took 45 minutes before my food was delivered to my table. But it was still delicious. My daughter unknowingly ordered 2 milkshakes, which surprisingly cost $6 each . A lil pricey but still delicious.
I really like walk one they have some great food I really like the Louisiana combo and the étouffée was so good I like how they put less rice in it everything was great I will eat here again and the service was excellent every time. I think the woman need to ware some pants instead of a skirt. But overall great food and service
One of my favorite places to eat in Shreveport! Thanks to a newer manager, the food has gotten a lot better. Maddy is awesome! She’s always fantastic and keep me coming back.
Let me start with Katelyn!!! Exceptional Manager... she noticed that something was wrong with the order I ate. She immediately came over and offered us a discount on the order due to that not being the standard. Thank you for great service.
Cheeseburger was burnt, fries were cold couldn't get a drink refill and the waitress was rude. To add insult to injury because we were a group of 8 we had to pay gratuity of over $50 to a rude waitress. Typical Sports Bar atmosphere lots of TV's with different games playing. I am usually a fan of sports bars but would not recommend this one.
