We went and had margaritas I should have known the two for one were gonna be a problem. The margaritas tasted like gasoline. So we ordered their $6 margarita of the month super cute and tasty. Our server Asia was a sweet young lady and so was Courtney. So we ordered and I had a chipotle chicken mex bowl and my friend had a chicken salad that came with pita chips. Everything was freezing cold so our waiter went and got the MOD Big John so we told him what was going on he had the audacity to tell us he had just taken it out of the microwave. What the hell, after demanding fresh food we paid and left. Chilli's why are y'all cooking customers chicken in the microwave? Do you know that customers can get salmonella or food poisoning?
The food is honestly fine, nothing amazing, but not bad by any means. The thing that brings this chili's stars down so low is the service. No utensils to eat with, no drinks refilled, having to constantly ask someone for said things over and over again. Food was cold by the time I had a fork and knife to eat it with. I could understand if they were slammed and short staffed or so, but there were only like three tables when I was there, and at least two servers. I'm not picky, I'd like to think I'm patient, that I give everyone the benefit of the doubt every chance I can... But that patience had limits. I had not eaten at this chili's since the pandemic because the service/wait times were dreadful during that time. I waited till just recently to go back, and they have not really recovered it seems. I used to eat there all the time, and I loved it. It's a shame, but probably won't be back anytime soon. If you do stop by, they have a pretty good meal for one combo. Drink, appetizer, and entree for like 15$.
By far the WORST dining experience I have ever had in Shreveport. We were seated and waited over 10 minutes for someone to even speak to us. Never received drink refills. Appetizer was cold. Ordered a To Go order, it was brought out with the main meal on a plate. Saw at least two tables in the area we were seated that had not been cleaned since we sat down; we were there over an hour. Did I mention this was on a Wednesday night and the restaurant was NOT busy. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Went here for a complementary Veterans Day lunch with my wife. Food was great. The service was to be expected due to the Veterans Day lunch time rush which made the atmosphere somewhat lack luster due to other customers impatience. Still a pleasant experience for me and my wife.Food: 5/5
Went out to eat with family. The time it took to get food was wasn't long, despite how packed it was at this time of night. Loved the chips and salsa; just wish we could have gotten a refill on the salsa. Service was great. Our server was Precious, and she was VERY attentive. Food wasn't that great. The shrimp tacos were kind of a disappointment. I loved the Shrimp salad, just wish it wasn't so pricey. *Update* During the winter storm, I simply called to ask if they were open. A woman picked up the phone and said they were currently closed. Nothing wrong with that, but when you then just abruptly hang up on my face without letting me finish my sentence, that was beyond rude.
Our service was amazing. Regina took care of us and even showed us what perfume she was wearing. We went to bath and body works afterwards to get it. The food was very very good and they messed up our order in an AMAZING way shrimp and chicken was added to our Cajun pasta. There was plenty to take home afterwards. Food was fresh 10/10! [Once again I ate before taking photos, but you get the idea : ]
I'm so sorry to say I've walked out 3 times in the last two months due to not being greeted or even a attempt to be seated. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! 6 months has passed.. Still bad, chaos...don't go! It was dirty..just nasty..
Absolutely amazing. Bobbie, welcomed us so gracefully. What a beautiful smile. From the beginning to the end, absolutely pleasant. We took advantage of the monthly margarita special. The Grand Romance margarita celebration time lol just $7, we just had to have them and were they delicious. I love a good margarita. To top this off, a Ribeye steak with loaded mashed potatoes. A country girl's "go to" lol. This steak is outstanding. I'm usually afraid of getting an over cooked, dried out steak, as I always order medium well. Fortunately, I was wrong. This steak was tempered to perfection. Moist, tender, juicy, well seasoned I added the Cajun spice with the char seasoning. I must say I was definitely surprised. My time at Chili's was great, had meeting there and the setting was perfect. We were able to all be seated comfortably, handle our business, and get our orders placed very fluidly. The food was delicious, the drinks were tasty and effective, and the prices weren't bad. Never had a bad experience when going to Chili's.
Chili's is always a great place to eat. We love the atmosphere with multiple TVs around the restaurant. The food was delicious. There were 4 of us and we each got different plates and were not disappointed. Our waitress was amazing! The staff was courteous. We had an enjoyable evening.
