I haven’t ate Buffalo Wild Wings in years! The one in Bossier City is great in flavor and service. The one from Austin, TX wasn’t all that good. The only issue I had was the spicy garlic flavor lack in taste.

My wife and I tried their wings for the first time. We went in not sure what to expect but were surprised with a long 45 minute wait. Once we had a table we had to wait another 45 minutes to get our food. The wait wasn't a big deal to us if the food was good but every flavor of wings we tried were incredibly salty. We could not finish our food and their sodas felt unbelievable sweet. Their soda machine must be uncalibrated. These things are places i as a customer could overlook, but the consecutive instances of inconsistency created a bad experience. Don't recommend. There are better wing places in the local area that are definitely worth more bang for your buck. However, they had good music.

I love this location, reasons are: 1. Friendly,staff is very helpful reminds customers of specials. 2. The food is hot and fresh. 3. The wait time is is worth every minute. Amazing place & the price is right.  Dine in or Carry out you are in for a great Treat.  Kid-friendliness: This location always has TV&#39;s on with family friendly shows on. The staff makes sure when they place you it works.  The areas are family friendly.  Parking: This location is easy to use,  find clean NO trash. It&#39;s wonderful with out searching for a place to park.

First off, my bartender is amazing.   That being said with the volume of customers here on a Saturday she is overwhelmed.   Definitely needs to be 2 bartenders at this time.  The food is always adequate.  Not sure about being understaffed as most people simply don't want to work anymore.   But service at this location is not as good as it could be.  For reference,  I have 30 years experience in the food service industry.  Thank you.

We were there over 45 minutes and never got to order our food. The server kept saying she'd take our order in just a minute. The server brought all 3 of us the wrong drink twice, we finally got the right drinks on her third try. Can't speak to the food, but the service was horrible. We gave up and left. By the way, it wasn't terribly crowded, we were seated immediately.

Tarenzo was very nice and patient with me while placing my Takeout order on a busy Saturday night! The managers, Connie and Johnny, were super friendly as well!! I’ll definitely be back.

The food was good, it would have been better if it was cooked fresh like I askedI work in the food industry so I know when it's fresh & not. Service wasn't to bad, yeah it was busy but not terribly busy & my waiter was a rookie so he didn't do to bad, but things definitely could have been better.Food: 3/5

Slowest service I’ve had. The waitress “angle” just hung out with the other coworkers talking the entire time while we waited and waited. Once our food arrived it was nice and cold.

From our first interaction with our waitress we had concerns.  She seemed inconvenienced that we had bothered showing up to eat, we placed our drink orders and she brought back the wrong drinks openly admitting that she forgot what we asked for and "just guessed".  Ordered a guacamole and were given just a bowl of avocado not even mashed, just large slices of avocado.  Considered asking the waitress about this but she seemed upset at being asked to the bare minimum of her job.

12-28-19 dinner. So I have only been to A Buffalo Wild Wings onetime before. First time at this restaurant. The waiter was good. The food did not have good presentation. My burger was really good but my fry’s were awful. Some were soggy and some were extremely hard. The location needed a vacuum and the restroom was so nasty. Overall I would return but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
