I took my sister who was visiting town out for a birthday lunch. The food was bad and the service was even worse. Our waitress brought rolls to our table with butter. My sister made the mistake of asking for cinnamon butter. The waitress snapped and said "we dont serve nothing but regular butter". Soon after another table in our section asked for cinnamon butter and the response they got was "yes ma'am,  ill get it right out to you. My sister then ordered steak-medium with a side salad. It arrived well past well done. She struggled to cut it and couldn't chew it once it was cut. I ordered meatloaf for myself.  It came with a teaspoon of mashed potatoes hidden under the meat with no gravy at all. I also had green beans that appeared to be straight out the can as they were room temperature. And the corn was very chewy and gummy. We couldn't get refills at all because our waitress ignored us. And the attitude was worse after my sister asked to see someone concerning her steak. The waitress snatched the receipt out of her had and walked off muttering under her breath. We decided to pay using separate tickets. When the waitress returned she slammed down the receipt belonging to my sister and snatched my card and receipt from me. My sister had her card in hand to pay her bill and the waitress ignored her and walked off as if she didn't see it. She then returns my card and receipt and continues to ignore my sister. We waited 10 minutes then decided to leave her ticket on the table with cash for it. The waitress just stood watching. While walking out I noticed the waitress run over to our table as we were leaving. This was such a disappointing experience. I was hoping it was the same great experience that I had enjoyed on previous visits but nope. I know times are rough for us all but please hire folks that actually want to work and not angry with the world. Please do better.  Features: No masks and no social distancing.

We've been to this location a handful of times over the years and this was one of the better experiences that we've had.  Even though we were in the post-Sunday Church time frame, we didn't have any trouble being seated or service that was that slow.  Food was good and everything came as expected.

First time here and ordered some chicken tenders. They were battered well and tasted good. The only complaint are my corns. Everything else tasted fine. I guess it just depends on what you order! The service was also great!

Another great place to eat and so delicious.  From the huge margaritas, rolls and potato skin appetizers to the our meals of ribs, sweet potato with marshmallows and baked beans and the surf and turf trio that included baked crab cakes, shrimp and steak with green beans and another sweet potato with marshmallows. So much food we had to bring half of it home for the next day. Our Server Drekey was amazing.

Table was sticky, friend ordered a medium steak it came out grey, I got fried steak with white gravy, sides were hard like they had been sitting in the containers, friend ordered chopped steak it was a solid piece of meat. Service was not good either.

The food was terrible but the server was amazing.Oh and the tables were sticky.the cheese wasn't melted, the butter was cold and so were the rolls and the steak would barley cut.. Might as well just ordered a raw steak at that point. It was supposed to be medium rare..I am normally really quiet but gosh this place seriously made me cry BC I was trying to be nice about it....

Worst place ever. They know it too. So bad that are listed under aliases on door dash. EMBER SMOKED BBQ. Please what a joke. They say a full slab of baby back ribs is 6 tiny ribs. Then they have the audacity to charge you $27 for them. Buch of crooks with bad food and zero customer service. SHADY!  SHADY!  SHADY!

The service was good.  The food wasn’t.  I ordered ribs and didn’t appreciate the flavor which could just be me.  The baked beans tasted like gasoline, and the slaw wasn’t right either.  My daughter’s max and cheese was over cooked.  My son didn’t go into detail but said his steak kabob wasn’t good.  My wife enjoyed the French dip, but as she said that’s kind of difficult to mess up.  $120 should buy at least one decent plate.

Actually my steak was good and the service was fine. The reason I gave 3 stars is due to the fact that they added more on to my final price when they sent it to my bank. I left ample tip amount, just under 20% actually for the 2 of us. Then when they sent to my bank the charge was more than what I signed for. Considering the fact this location is about 5 hours from my home, I didn't feel like taking it up with them. I just know to not go to this location again unless I pay cash. I am in that area frequently enough because I have family there, but this restaurant will not take advantage of me twice. So if you pay by card, check your receipt against what they actually send to your back to collect.

Can I review if we left before ordering? Told the hostess to tell that waitress have a good evening and we were gone. They set us in a  two seater under a flood light from he!! And when I asked to move the waitress said to go back to front and ask the hostess so we made it easy and went to the other steak house a few doors down.
