Samantha is just wonderful. Over the years we’ve purchased a dining set, living room furniture, and most recently a complete bedroom set with mattress and adjustable bed frames. Samantha has proven herself to be knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. We work with her every time we possibly can.

Poor service in resolving product failure after 10 weeks.. Sent me to a survey site, that just has you create something.. Contacted manufacture.. Oh,,, they close at 430 eastern and I am on the west coast.. Purchase was easy.. resolving a issue.. not so much.. added note: after a series of phone calls by me to various corporate locations and calls/emails to the actual manufacture. The local company did offer full credit or replacement; buyers should gain full understanding of how this company handles defective products.

I had an excellent shopping experience at Walker's furniture tonight. A sales person Samantha greeted me when I came in. Helped me find the chair I was looking for, the price was right, the service was great. thanks Samantha!!

Great selection and service. Justin knew his products and was very easy to work with. He allowed us to browse the store without being bothered, yet was available when we had questions. We saw the same items at another store, but decided to purchase here because of him.

Darren helped me on a phone sale. He answered every question without hesitation or delay. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He educated me on all the mattress types and the latest mattress technology. I never felt as if I was a burden. I never felt pressured. Felt like I was talking to a friend. A most pleasant buying experience.
