This location is always clean and we never have problems with the groceries. Started using the Walmart pick-up service and absolutely love it. Highly recommend this to anybody in the area. Love not having to get out of the car with my 17 month old. Best part is the prices are the same as shopping in the store and there is no fee for them delivering it to your car. A big thumbs up to Walmart

The Amherst store is not a bad place to shop. The employees (at least the ones I've talked to) are nice & helpful. I especially love the folks in the vision center - they're cheerful, thorough, and all around great. My lower rating is mostly based on their inability to ever have enough people working to open more than 2 or 3 registers at night (self-checkout not included - I HATE those with a passion).

They have everything you need, and the prices are great. A full grocery store is included, plus clothing for the whole family, including shirts etc for all the local sports teams. Great automotive, camping, crafts, toys, sporting goods, housewares, electronics departments. What else... oh yeah, office supplies and stationery, greeting cards - a pretty good selection. Finding everything in one trip is part of the savings.

This has to be the largest Walmart I've ever been to within northern New England. Very clean, well stocked, full grocery section as well as full sized departments (some smaller Walmarts have certain departments that are abbreviated and don't small offer much selection, like a Pet section having tons of dog and cat goods but only a handful of small animal options). Their craft section and office supply section is also amazing as well. They only bummer thing is that they recently stopped being a 24 hour store and they now close by midnight. One of the best perks I loved was the 24 hour open bit because that worked great with my schedule. That being said, that's the only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Pretty good. Had fun walking the store. You can buy beer just about anywhere in NH it’s just so weird seeing it at Wally. Only drawback is alot of the isles were too narrow from too many clothes racks to be able to walk through.
