Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Ordered online to pick up at this store so I could quickly drop in and grab what I needed. Waited 15 minutes, 4 overhead pages, 1 electronic page,& countless employees walking by not even bothering to see if they could assist. I won't use the pick up again because instead of it speeding up the process it cost me twice as much time. Absolutely horrible.

Facebook post on Walmart page. Today at Walmart in Utah on union park avenue, store number 2207, I ran in to buy a few things like thread, bobbins and fabric. My total came to about $15. As I was leaving the store I heard someone yell 'excuse me ma'am, come back here you have something in your purse' I didn't think they were talking to me, so I kept waking. When I got to the door a man stepped in front of me and again told me I had something in my purse and to follow him to his office. I went to his office and he accused me of opening the box to a power bank, putting the power bank in my purse and stashing the box behind some fabric. I was totally confused, there were two angry men telling me that I had 'one chance to tell the truth or the police will arrest me' after a while they pulled in a female employe into the room. I was terrified, I hadn't done anything wrong! I completely emptied my purse onto the floor, every single pocket was turned inside out. I then turned my purse completely upside down and shook it as hard as I could, multiple times. I am also wearing skin tight gym leggings and a tight T-shirt, so you would be able to see if I had it hidden somewhere in my clothes! The man was still very angry and demanded my driver's license, and when I gave it to him, he began entering my information into the computer, unnecessarily. I asked if I could see the footage of me supposedly stealing the item and he snapped that no, I couldn't. After proving to them that I did not have the item, the man said that he was 'going to be nice and let me leave, but if I ever came back out would be considered criminal trespassing' after I shoved all of my belongings back into my purse, he followed me very closely until o got to the door, and I walked out. I didn't do anything wrong. I was falsely accused, I proved that I didn't steal anything, and I was humiliated in front of other customers as he shouted across the store that I had something in my purse. I am also not allowed back to the store? I didn't shop lift, and now I'm being punished for proving my innocence. Boyyyy are y'all in trouble now!

With the newly installed check out lanes it is a lot smoother for check out. A smaller walmart that still has a majority of everything but less choices for everything. I like their electronic selection and fishing gear. They lack a garden and tire area.

These guys were so helpful. Even though electronics was already closed they went in the very back to track down a phone my mama wanted for her birthday.

My boyfriend and I just visited the store. I was in a nearby isle. while my boyfriend was looking at tvs. He requested a rather expensive large one which we have the money for. The sales associate asked my boyfriend if really wanted it as in if he was going to purchase it. The sales associate said that he would have to radio his manager. My boyfriend and I both heard a woman radio security and stare that they may have a runner. They gave the exact description of my boyfriend down to his nice clothes he was wearing. We were pretty shocked. He was dressed nice and I was in an designer dress carrying a designer bag. We were insulted. We also wanted a ps4 controller and a game. We had some things in our basket and explained we still had some shopping to. We were watched like a hawk. It's ridiculous we spent $300 in cash and decided not to go back for the electronics. Oh we have the money but that nearly $2000 we were planning on spending will be spent elsewhere. I have no idea why we were treated this way. Psst Wal-Mart not everyone is a shoplifter
