I am not going to give any stars first off it was 625pm and my kids and wife were on the side of the road and I needed a tire repair I took my own tire off I just needed the repair they were very rude that they couldn't help that it was too late and on top of it they were very rude about it I am not sure how thier manager continues to have a job there with a crew like that I wouldn't go back to that place even if it was the only place open I think I would pay for the tow truck to take my car home instead and worried about my car the next day so Ave your self some time and choose another location like the one on rd68 they are really good

I had the pleasure to be helped by Gabe in the auto service department. In short, Gabe showed excellent customer service skills, was extremely helpful and honest, and helped me out with a flat tire. This was between a trip from Phoenix to Seattle. I would highly recommend specifically Gabe for his excellent customer service and genuine approach. (Keep in mind I have 7 years of retail experience, it's not easy to impress me in customer service, but Gabe went above and beyond!) Thank you Gabe!
