I called them a week ago to report an illegal issue going on in Walterboro at Tillman Gallery on E. Washington, I left a voicemail for a detective and they never called me back... a little Barney Fife-like!!!

Absolutely awful officers. I was struck by another vehicle, my brother was still pinned inside the car injured and the officer only cared about my license and insurgence. didn't check to make sure my brother was okay or if i was okay. demanded he could do or say anything without my license and insurance. He didn't take any statement's from witnesses and told them to leave the scene, even though we had 2 waiting to give statements. He completely ignored what I had to say about the incident and slammed me with a ticket even though both witnesses claimed the other driver was at fault. He then told me to "get the hell out of the way" when I had to chase down he squad car after driving away with my license,insurance,and registration still in the car. Officer South is by far the worst officer I have ever had to deal with in my life. Someone who is supposed to be a public servant and "protect and serve" had no intention of protecting me or helping me in anyway after I had just been in the major traffic collision that left my car totaled and my brother on medication. He shouldn't be allowed to wear a badge, and as far as i can tell he isn't even fit to be a high school resource officer. His attitude and the way he dealt with the situation makes me lose all faith in police officers that are trained and operate in the state of South Carolina.
