Had a cop named kargas come to my house because i had concerns for weapons on the property. When he went to talk to the other people they offered him a bribe and then they accused My Husband of beating me? Was is because he was the only person not white person? Then threatened me that i was being recorded? Really? We called you for help! Serve and protect!- please.. Check his camera he had on his chest! We heard the people talking to him bragging about bribing him. This guy does not belong on the force. He is definently on a power trip. Horrible.

I called the summerville police because I saw 2 of their officers breaking the law. After going through an automated service to report a crime, the service hung up on me. Fantastic.

I had a Summerville office respond to a call at a retirement home in Summerville. A resident was being ripped off. The office was very polite and super efficient in taking the report. The response time was less than 5 minutes for a non-emergency call. Kudos to Summerville PD. Blessed to live in this community.

We have been in our Renau Blvd. Home for almost 6 years. People always going through stop signs and Speeding. I Have called many years ago on this especially since we live right at the stop sign. BUT, I was so very happy and proud to see tonight there were Summerville Police Officer & Dorchester county Sheriff's doing what they do best finally in our Neighborhood and Street.Kudoes to all those officers who did their work, I don't know what they pulled this truck over for and don't really care I just am thankful my prayers of having law inforcement on our street and neighborhood finally are being answered. Thank you soooo much Summerville Police officer's & Dorchester County Sheriff's for all you do..

My wife and I recently relocated to Summerville. This morning, we had inadvertently tripped our home security-alarm system. In the panic to disarm, my wife exacerbated the problem by entering the 'duress code' instead of disarm code. A young officer responded in 3-4 minutes with an extremely polite and professional conduct. As a new resident, it is very comforting to know our safety is assured by such a professional organization of officers.
