This has been my go to florist for over 30 years.  They always treat their customers  like family. Always fresh and beautiful arrangements.  Prices are reasonable too.

Picked Washington Square Flower Shop from a Google search. I have used them 4 times now sending flowers to my Mom and my Aunt. I always use the website as I live in Ohio. The flowers always arrive on the day requested and are always fresh and arranged beautifully. I appreciate knowing I can trust them to make the day special for my family. Thank you very much.

I had an amazing experience,even though they were about  to close they followed through with beautiful flowers,and set every thing up as promised.Very pleased.Thank you!

I have been ordering here for almost 6 years now, and never had a problem until recently. Instead of instantly giving them a bad review and never going back again, I contacted them and received wonderful customer service from the manager, Larry. 

Long story short, my Mother's Day flowers for my Grandma were delivered too early and came in half dead - this NEVER happens with Wash. Square Flower Shop - their flowers are always lively and delivered on time, so I made sure to make them aware and Larry took care of the issue as soon as I talked to him. Larry is extremely nice, offered me many options to fix my problem, and offered to personally handle my future orders -  Larry definitely exudes the qualities of a good manager.

However, the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude every time I call, so sadly I have to give 4 stars. I do not think the problem or problems they have are related to the management, but rather to a few select employees. From reading the reviews below and elsewhere, it seems I am not the only one to think so.
