I cannot even describe how absolutely beautiful arrangements were. My family lost someone very dear to us in a horrific tragedy. I walked into Renee's and very nice gentleman asked how he could help me. When I told him what I was there for, I was able to feel immediately by his tone of voice and body language that he truly sympathized. He directed where to go to sit as he got Renee to to help me. Renee approached us and was so very patient as I couldn't make up my mind. I felt I was being difficult because I just couldn't make up my mind and she didn't mind at all. She told me she understood and take as much time as I need as she stayed with my two daughters and me even though she had other customers coming in. She didn't ignore other customers, but she didn't just walk away to take care of them either until I told her I didn't mind if she took care of them first. I hope I don't need sympathy flowers anytime in the near future, but when I do, I will definitely use Renee's. Again, absolutely gorgeous arrangements.
