Very friendly! Came in simply to find a 22mm strap for my smart watch. The owner came out from the back to help me find a strap and even offered to put it on the watch for me. I spent maybe $19 but he treated me as if I was spending 100's. Highly Recommended!

Been using The watch Dr for years and he is one of the best watchmakers I have ever dealt with, fair pricing, excellent service, and super cool to talk too. He is a book of knowledge and will work on any timepiece, doesn't matter  how difficult and does an excellent job! I highly recommend.

My strap broke on my Tag Link watch and I lost some parts. I found this shop on the internet and stopped by to see what I could do. I did not want to mail it anywhere as I had thought I lost some pieces. I stopped in, Vladimir fixed my watch in less than 5 minutes and polished up the strap which was scuffed up. I was out in less than 7 minutes with a brand new looking watch. Highly recommended.
