I drive all the way from Tomball to use the service department for my beloved Townie bicycle. I grew up near Clear Lake and knew of the great reputation of this bicycle shop. I love that it is not a chain. When I was ready to invest in great bicycle I knew where to go! I decided to get my handlebars replaced with the more back-friendly mini-ape style. Reuben did a terrific job of replacing all of the cables. When my husband purchased a new bike and needed to upgrade the handlebars and seat, once again Reuben to the rescue! I could not be more pleased with the hometown feel and the knowledgeable service of Webster Bicycle!

I find the staff very helpful and really know their stuff- especially the tall lad with longish hair.

Russ and his staff are excellent! Always attentive. Sometimes they are very busy. I like the fact that when they're with a customer they focus on that customers needs and don't try to help numerous customers at the same time. So have a little patients and you will receive the same high quality service! I'm new to mountain biking and I love it! I'm full of questions and they always take the time to awnser my questions. Yes they're bikes are more exspensive than dept store bikes but worth every penny! Russ spent a couple hours finding a great cannondale mnt. Bike for my wife at an awesome price! Was $1800 and sold it to me for $800! I also bought a Gt verb! $1000. I've ridden this bike way past the intended purpose( took an unintended 6ft drop) and it held up! Now I'm upgrading suspension with the help of they're excellent and knowledgeable mechanic. Which by the way took the time right at closing to talk to me and awnser all my questions even though he was swamped with bikes to work on. So all these bad reviews you see about not being attentive or friendly you need to take with a grain of salt cause there are just some people you just can't make happy! i have sent at least 10 people there and they always Thank me for it! Russ you've earned a life long customer. Thank you

Bought a road bike a few weeks ago and I pass the shop every few days on one of my loops and they're always helpful if I have a question about anything! I've been to a few shops in the area before​ and they all have their own best features but I've noticed these guys are really knowledgeable about their bikes!

Russ and his team catered to all of our needs in buying a bicycle. We were beginners and they took the time to educate us on everything we needed to know. We visited almost every bike shop in Houston and Clear Lake and kept coming back to Webster Bicycle. We will definitely continue to come here for all of our biking needs!
