EBR Performance is Motorcycle Race Shop specializing is race engines and suspension while competing nationally in all types of motorcycle racing!

Story

EBR Performance is a motorcycle race shop offering parts, accessories and services for all motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs. We have a full machine shop with in-house ISF superfinishing and seat and guide work. We have a dyno room with analysis equipment to optimize all fuel and ignition tuning. We have 6 certified technicians that specialize in each field. We work with all brands of suspension and stock most replacement parts. We service Honda Suzuki Kawasaki KTM Yamaha Harley Davidson and Polaris.

Husband purchased a tire over thanksgiving holiday amd went in friday as they told him to just dor the mechanic didnt show up, so they told him to come back Monday after work. Low and behold they STILL refused to put his tire on because he didnt have his receipt, however was told it would be in their system and no need to bring it back with him! Worst customer service ever. Will not be going back

This used to be a decent shop. They were the only ones that I would let touch my bike. Today, 3/15/2016 changed all of that! I had them change my front tire back in November 2015. They balanced it, installed it back on the bike, and all was well. On 3/9/2016 the tire started to shake a little, so I paid $40.00 to have it re-balanced. I noticed that the weights fell off so I took it back, to have weights re-installed and the tire re-balanced. The technician took my bike in the back, and within 3 minutes, had the bike back in front for me to take and leave. The girl at the counter told me, well if it still shakes just bring it back! Really??? This is the service you offer?? I will never come back. There are too many other shops that will treat you right.

This shop has been attempting to service 2 of my motorcycles since Oct. 2016. Still now right. Given allot of reasons why when all I wanted was results.

Everyone at EBR blew me away from Katie up front taking care of customers to Josh running the place and having a killer race team to his texts in the back building outstanding motorcycles I highly recommend them

Awesome job on my son's suspension got bike lowered. Super fast turn around . Josh went out of his way super happy with my experience with EBR will definitely do business again.
