Gilberto Antonio Gomez will go out of your way to solve any problem you have. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. I was provided with great service and will be going back to him if another problem occurs with my account.

I wish there was a way to give this place no stars. 

I walk in with my husband so that we can add him to my account. When I explain this to the lady with the clipboard making the wait list, she tells me "no you can't do that they will close your account" to which my response is "that is impossible" and I explain her the situation again in different words. This time, She says "you will have to add him to your account to be able to deposit his checks there," and I'm just beyond words. "That's exactly what I said I wanted to do in the first place" I tell her, who then just says to me "one hour wait, what's your name?" Not once did we get a welcome, or any attempt from her to actually listen to what we needed. She went straight to the no. 

We closed my husbands account completely because he also has customer service issues and mixed information. The service here is so abysmal that after 12 years with well fargo ( and formerly Wachovia) I am also going to close my account and we are moving to online bank and chase. 

Maybe other locations are better. Maybe this lady had a bad day (at 9am), or maybe, Wells Fargo is going down the toilet as a company overall, and it's starting to reflect in the way their employees treat their customers. 

All I know is, The next time I set foot in that store, it's going to be to close my account.
