I opened a business account with Ivonne she wrote a bad routing number on my papers and all my credit card payments were stopped last month. A headache so unproffesional! She doesnt know the routing number of her own bank?

I stopped by to make a wire. I am young and i think ivonne does not take me seriously. While she works with me, she is ok her phone. She thinks that we do not see her but it is so unprofesional
